They carry a fixed picture of who the "good" and "bad" people in their family are.

But telling these stories rarely creates real change. On a soul level, these stories are never fully true.

A Family Constellation frees the client’s family system from this paradigm.

Clients discover the hidden rules that govern their family’s energy field.

They experience how family members are moved by the system, often acting from unconscious loyalties rather than free choice.

Benefits for Representatives

A Representative stands in for someone in the client’s system — a mother, father, child, victim, perpetrator — or for an abstract concept like death, life, country, or an obstacle.

Representatives are chosen by the facilitator or the client.

Gender matching is preferred when possible, but not required. It only becomes significant if, in a group with enough men and women, a client intentionally chooses a man to represent a woman, or vice versa.

As a Representative, you take on and experience the deep feelings of the person you’re representing.

The emotions that arise are still, intense, and deeply intimate. They touch the core of the suffering and the center of the pain.

This is where the beauty of constellation work lives.

These feelings help release deeper traumas and energetic blocks in the family system.

Representing is often called “being in service.”

Representatives serve the family field by surrendering to it and allowing it to move them.

They may experience emotions, thoughts, physical sensations, love, fear, joy, and sorrow that the original person could not feel or express.

Through what they say, do, or simply feel, Representatives give important information to the facilitator and the client. It is truly a sacred task.

The role of the Observer is to hold and sustain the energy field with their attentive presence.

As an Observer, you receive a lot — for sitting and watching.

You witness profound love, deep feelings, and human dramas unfold and find resolution right in front of you.
